Joy Okeke, a Nigerian gospel artist and songwriter based in the United States, releases the long-awaited single “Name Jesus”

The song was written with the Holy Spirit in mind. We are reminded of how powerful and glorious Jesus’ name is in this song. And this also remind us of Philippians 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.Most times when we go through things we don’t have the foggiest idea, the name of Jesus is the main power equipped for delivering us once again from anything that particular situation we end up in, that is the reason the Holy book said that the name of the Master is major areas of strength for a the equitable runs in and they are protected.

In 2018, she released her first album, “The Anointed Joyful Praise.” The album has a lot of upbeat Gospel songs that are still popular with Nigerian Christians today. In 2022, she released her second album, “Inspirational Kind Praise,” which contained additional hymns.

Joy Okeke is a registered nurse in addition to ministering to people through her music. She is married and lives with her husband and children in the United States.
