SCRIPTURE: Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. Isaiah 60:1.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Nigeria is rising and shining again because light has come and the Glory of God is risen over Nigeria.

Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2023 MESSAGE:

It has been confirmed that our nation, Nigeria, is in her prophetic season. Without any doubt, our nation is at the verge of the glory explosion.

Many years ago, Nigeria was known for many good things. For example, there was a time a time when the Nigerian currency, the Naira, was stronger than the US Dollar and the British Pounds.

Our elders told us that whenever they travelled to the UK in those days, people rushed to take the Naira. People were eager to buy the Naira in the foreign land because of the strength of its value.

At that time, as a Nigerian, you could travel to the UK without visa. They would give you visa on your arrival in the UK. They would even like you to stay in their country for as long as you want.

Nigeria and Nigerians had respect and dignity all over the world until what I call “Chronic Disastrous Leadership Syndrome” happened to Nigeria.

You see, in Nigeria, the only natural disaster we have is bad leadership disaster. In some countries, you would hear of natural disasters like earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes, etc. but in Nigeria, our natural disaster is bad leadership. Our leaders are our volcanoes, hurricanes and earthquakes.

Just as the destructive Hurricane Katrina caused 1,392 fatalities and damaged properties worth $145.5 billion in August 2005, in New Orleans (USA), our own “Hurricane Katrina” in Nigeria is bad leadership, and it is causing untold devastations to the lives and livelihood of our people.

You can equally call it Leadership Hurricane in Nigeria. You can put the word “Hurricane” as a title to every bad leader in Nigeria because our leaders are our hurricanes.

This bad leadership disaster has negatively affected the citizenry – terrible situation of insecurity, high fuel price, exorbitant house rent, astronomical prices of goods and services, etc. the twin woes of insecurity and Hyperinflation have made life unbearable for the citizenry.

But today, I decree that Nigeria is rising and shining again, because light has come and the Glory of God is risen over Nigeria.

Remember this: Nigeria is rising and shining again, because light has come and the Glory of God is risen over Nigeria.

ASSIGNMENTS:

1. Go through today’s message once again.
2. Engage in intercessory prayer and take responsibilities for the explosion of God’s Glory in Nigeria.

PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your prophetic plan and purpose for Nigeria. I decree that Nigeria shall rise and shine again, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
