Kingdomfavoured Prayers

Dear Heavenly Father,As I begin this new day, I come to You in prayer, seeking Your guidance, wisdom, and strength. Your Word reminds me to ‘lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset me, that I may run with patience the race that is set before me’ (Hebrews 12:1, KJV).I ask that You help me to cast aside any burdens, worries, or distractions that may hinder me from running the race You have set before me. Give me the patience and endurance I need to persevere, and help me to fix my eyes on Jesus, ‘the author and finisher of our faith’ (Hebrews 12:2, KJV).I commit this new day to You, Lord, and ask that You guide me in all I do. May I walk in Your ways, and may Your presence be with me always.In Jesus name, I pray.
